1. Your Complete Satisfaction

La Diosa strives for your complete satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product purchase, you are entitled to return the items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The goods returned must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

2. Online Shopping

We have strived to ensure that the photographic representation and description of each product are accurate. In many cases La Diosa Ltd uses semi-precious and stones which were mined by hand and shaped individually by skilled artisans therefore the colour and texture will vary from stone to stone.

La Diosa designers are extensively travelled and have personally sourced many of these stones from around the world to ensure that every stone is the closest representation of the image as possible. There might be small nut subtle differences, partially due to the variations between computers and monitors.

3. Your Order

All products listed on the website include VAT (17.5%). For customers outside the United Kingdom and European Community, the VAT charge will be deducted during check-out.

Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an “order confirmation“ email will be sent directly to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Should you not receive an acknowledgment within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service Center at (44) 208 923 7701 UK or at customerservice@ladiosa.co.uk.

La Diosa must receive payment in full for your order before it can be dispatched. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, La Diosa will send your order.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment by PayPal, which accepts payments from all major credit cards.  We do not accept cash, or gift vouchers as payment.

5. Returning or Exchanging an Order

This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website.

By law, customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 working days of delivery; an unwanted order may be returned for a refund or exchanged, provided it is returned in its original condition and unused. As La Diosa strives for excellence, we extend the option to return an unwanted online order to 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To make a return or exchange please contact us at customerservice@ladiosa.co.uk or call us at: (44) 208 923 7701. You will need your original credit card details and we will need to speak to the person who bought the item. If you e-mail us, please include a telephone number for us to reach you.

A prompt refund will be issued if the item received is unused, in its original condition and includes all the above information. La Diosa will credit the card used for the original purchase at the original price.

Please be aware that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

6. Delivery Information

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within the UK and 14 working days for International delivery from receipt of order confirmation. This is subject to goods being in stock and you should allow for a longer delivery time during the holiday periods.
